- Our customer support team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and further instructions on how to proceed.
Return Shipping:
For returns and exchanges, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure that your return reaches us. Please pack the item securely to prevent damage during transit.
Refund or Exchange Process:
Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund or exchange. Here's what you can expect:
- Refund:
If you're eligible for a refund, the funds will be credited back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and process the returned item.
- Exchange:
If you're requesting an exchange, we will process the exchange and ship the replacement item to you as soon as possible. If there is any difference in price between the original item and the replacement item, we will contact you to arrange payment or refund accordingly.
