Refund for Canceled Orders:
If your order is successfully canceled within the 24-hour timeframe, you will be eligible for a full refund. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment processor.
Orders that have already been processed and shipped cannot be canceled. However, you may initiate a return once you receive the item, following our Return & Exchange Policy.
Custom or personalized items may not be eligible for cancellation, depending on the production stage.
